You don't get to sleep on time most times. Makes you sleep late. Staying hooked to a smartphone even at moments you supposed to put it down or off becomes a challenge to use so that you can go about normal duties and also go to bed on time.
Addiction
If you one of those people who find it hard to put their smartphone off at regular times or place it somewhere. You do this to take a break which is a really difficult thing to do. This addiction can be extremely hard to break.
Less Physical Activities
Physical activities are reduced to zero. The time that can be spent doing some vigorous exercise cant be made for that. Makes you inactive when you don't have to be in such a situation at all.
